Spontaneous aid convoy with donations in kind – A great action!

Our heart beats for the people from Ukraine

After the publication of the call for donations by IG Metall Ruhrgebiet Mitte, Bochum office, many of our employees spontaneously collected lots of warm clothes, blankets, baby food, hygiene articles, etc.
The donations were loaded today by works council members of the #BochumerEisenhuette and handed over to the helpers of IG Metall. From there, several trucks were organized, which will leave Thursday with the aid delivery to the border area on the Polish-Ukrainian border. We wish all the volunteers a safe and good journey and would like to thank the generous donors and the organizers of this humanitarian action.
